"At first I was very sceptical. Having just recovered from and illness of depression and anxiety, my self esteem was very low. Unhappy in my current job, I needed new direction but was always too scared to step out as I had a fear of failure.  Life Coaching allowed me to revaluate aspects of my working, social and family life and gain confidence in my own abilities. It inspired me to reach my full potential and not be frightened of change.  I had a fear of Psychometric tests but the guidance and techniques to reduce anxiety made me believe in myself and remove the fear factor of taking tests.
